The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly clean, which was a major plus for me. The staff was super helpful in organizing transportation and even shared taxis to nearby attractions. , the breakfast was truly amazing with a wide variety of fresh fruits available. the hotel's location was great, with two supermarkets nearby and the city center within walking distance or a short taxi ride away.

One small downside was that some of the staff could benefit from more training on local tourist attractions and how to get there. I had a little miscommunication and ended up at the wrong bus station, causing a bit of a delay in my plans.

I recently stayed at Besqala for 5 nights during my trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance to the bazaar and museums/art gallery. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and recommended great local restaurants. He even helped me arrange my accommodation in Moynaq and sorted out tours to the Aral Sea and other parts of Karakalpakstan. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I enjoyed spending time in the sheltered courtyard area.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Honestly, I loved everything about BESQALA, but some might not be a fan of the shared bathroom. It's just my personal opinion though, and I'm sure others won't mind it at all.

I got to explore the desert and sleep in yurtas, which was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were brand new and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast provided was superb. The owner of the hotel, Tazabai, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate all the amazing memories I made during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
